Welcome to Alchem. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

These terms govern your use of the Alchem dating platform, including all features, content, and services offered through the application.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Alchem. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Alchem is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Use by organizations, businesses, or for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written consent.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts, or accounts on behalf of others, is prohibited.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Alchem for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the platform or other users' experience.

Prohibited activities include: harassment or intimidation of other users, sharing false or misleading information, impersonating other people, uploading explicit or illegal content, and using automated bots or scrapers.

Alchem reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

Matching & Communication

Alchem provides a compatibility-based matching system. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that any match will result in a successful relationship.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Exercise caution when sharing personal information and report any suspicious behavior using our in-app tools.

Credits & Payments

Alchem uses a credit system for premium features. Credits are purchased with real money and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Credits do not expire and are tied to your account. They cannot be transferred to other accounts or exchanged for cash.

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. We will notify users of any price changes in advance.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Alchem, you consent to the practices described therein.

You retain ownership of the content you share on the platform. By posting content, you grant Alchem a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

Alchem may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Alchem is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alchem's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Alchem in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
